Succumbed to the Trend

I finally decided to get a blog. Hopefully this will let all of you know more about what is going on in mine and Sol's life. Sol is going to school at the U. He is majoring in math with an emphasis in statistics. After he graduates he wants to be an Actuary. For those of you that don't know what that is, it is pretty much just a statistician for insurance companies. He will be the one that decides what your rate will be for your insurance. Many people call actuaries the people you hate when you get insurance. He is doing really great in his classes and he is loving every minute of it. He even tries to explain what he's doing to me and of course it goes right over my head. (I'm really not a fan of math myself). He is so passionate about it and I am so proud of him. He has one more year left after this semester for his bachelors. After that I know life will get easier, at least I hope it does. Of course money is a little tight right now. I am working full-time at Deseret First Credit Union and I love it! The hard thing is, is that is our only source of income and I really don't make a ton. We are very lucky so have great friends and family to support us. Right now we are living in a house in Lehi free of rent!! I know sounds crazy, but Sol's friends parents let us live here because they didn't want the house just sitting vacant and they knew we were struggling for money. We are loving every minute of life even the hard times. Its great to always have someone there for you.
